Flight Training at TML

Cherry Ridge Airport in northeast Pennsylvania is a great place to fly! In addition to being a beautiful part of the country, the flying opportunities are endless. Cherry Ridge is a non-towered airport, which means no delays before takeoff! However, controlled airports (Scranton, Allentown, Newburgh) are close at hand for practice with Air Traffic Control.

Our 3000’ runway will keep you honest, but there are larger runways less than fifteen minutes away for practice. As a result, TML student pilots learn to land in both easy and challenging conditions. You will leave our flight school confident in your ability to land almost anywhere!

TML Aircraft offers beginning instruction in Piper Warriors, with most students passing their Private Pilot Checkrides on the first attempt. We also offer advanced flight instruction: IFR, Commercial, Complex / High Performance, and an IFR certified simulator for instrument procedures.

LaserGrade Testing

We offer computerized testing services for all FAA required knowledge tests, as well as the exams for American Culinary Federation, Federal Communications Commission, and many others. Please call to make an appointment for testing.
